Well, usually when the hiring threads are made, there will be a certain number of posts listed that you need to have. I'm not entirely sure how many it actually is though, but post count isn't the only thing that matters.
If you're just posting to get your post count up, the staff will know by the way you post...
It's pretty easy to tell who is genuine about their posts and who is just trying to get a higher post count.
So just be careful when you're posting that you aren't spamming or breaking any other rules.
Some of the strongest characteristics we look for in a staff member is how helpful they are, and how much they are contributing to the forums.
not great. i have broncidis (how do you spell that?) or sumin. tomarows crazy day at our scool tho so me an my friend went to party an america an got sum crazy stuff so that was fun. how was your day?

It's cool, I guess. I definitely get noticed more, hahaha.
Some people in feedback think that the Design staffs opinions don't matter because they are design staff. And that happened a lot when I was DS.
Other than that, its a lot more to mod. But I like it. =]
